When you request a consultation, we collect the information you choose to enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, service of interest, preferred appointment date and time, and brief message.

How we use information

We use your inquiry to respond, discuss our services, and coordinate appointments. Submitting the form does not establish a client relationship or confirm an appointment.

Form processing and third parties

Our consultation form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Your information is transmitted to that provider and delivered to RLSJA for follow-up. External links such as WhatsApp are governed by their respective privacy practices.

Tax records and sensitive information

Do not send Social Security numbers, ITINs, passport images, W-2s, tax returns, or other sensitive financial or identification documents through the consultation form or WhatsApp. If sensitive documents are required, RLSJA will provide separate instructions for an approved secure method.

Data retention and security

We retain inquiries as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. No internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. This website does not currently provide a secure tax-document upload portal.
